Included with the Solo Practice and Group Practice plans is the ability for you to invite your staff and colleagues within Eye GIFs. By inviting them to Eye GIFs, they will have a personal login to access your practice on Eye GIFs. You can manage your staff here.
How do I invite staff?
You can invite staff members here. By entering their name and email address, you are inviting them to your practice.
What happens when I invite someone?
When you invite someone to your practice, they will receive an email at the address you entered with a link inviting them to join your practice on Eye GIFs. If they click the link, they will be prompted to enter a new password so they can login to your practice on any device.
Do staff accounts have any limitations?
Staff accounts are able to do most things that your owner account can do. They can adjust settings, add and remove items from your library, and use all of the features available to your plan. They don't have access to billing details - only the practice owner can access and modify these details.
Can I change the owner of a practice?
Yes. To make a staff account the owner of a practice on Eye GIFs, you will need to contact us. Please send an email from the owner account with the staff account you would like to promote to owner and we'll be happy to help.
